Our refund eligibility varies by programme type because the nature of each service differs — digital content, once accessed, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, while live programmes involve scheduling, resource allocation, and preparation costs. Please review the specific terms for your programme type below.
Key Principle: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@vineetsharma.com with your Instamojo Order ID. Verbal or social-media-based requests cannot be processed.
Live one-on-one and group coaching programmes involve dedicated scheduling, coach preparation, and resource allocation. The following cancellation terms apply:
A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 calendar days before the programme commencement date.
No cash refund. However, you may transfer your enrolment to a future batch of the same or equivalent programme at no additional cost.
No refund or transfer will be issued for cancellations received within 48 hours of the programme start or after the programme has commenced.
If the Company cancels or reschedules a session due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date — at their preference.
Pre-recorded digital courses are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, the following strict no-refund policy applies:

Session recordings (where applicable) are considered supplementary and do not constitute the core deliverable. Inability to attend does not entitle a registrant to a refund solely on the basis of recording availability.
Corporate training contracts, keynote speaking engagements, and bulk organisational enrolments are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed service agreement between Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and the client organisation.

To initiate a refund, follow the steps below. Requests that do not follow this process may experience delays.
Email contact@vineetsharma.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Order ID]".
Provide your full name, registered email address, Instamojo Order ID, programme name, date of purchase, and the reason for your cancellation request.
You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days confirming receipt of your request and informing you of your eligibility based on this Policy.
If approved, the refund will be initiated via Instamojo within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and credited to your original payment source.
Once a refund is approved and initiated by our team via Instamojo, the expected credit timelines are as follows:
Important: Instamojo's transaction processing fee (if any applied at the time of purchase) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you do not receive your refund within the stated period, please contact us and we will coordinate with Instamojo on your behalf.
