Last Updated: April 21, 2026. This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all services purchased through coachvs.com, operated by Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. All payments are processed via Instamojo, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorised payment aggregator. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy in full.

Policy Overview

At Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering transformative coaching experiences that generate real, measurable results. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed this policy to be fair, transparent, and consistent across all our service offerings.

Our refund eligibility varies by programme type because the nature of each service differs — digital content, once accessed, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, while live programmes involve scheduling, resource allocation, and preparation costs. Please review the specific terms for your programme type below.

Key Principle: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@vineetsharma.com with your Instamojo Order ID. Verbal or social-media-based requests cannot be processed.

Live Coaching Programs

Live one-on-one and group coaching programmes involve dedicated scheduling, coach preparation, and resource allocation. The following cancellation terms apply:

Full Refund Eligible

7+ Days Before Start

A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is received at least 7 calendar days before the programme commencement date.

Transfer Only

3–6 Days Before Start

No cash refund. However, you may transfer your enrolment to a future batch of the same or equivalent programme at no additional cost.

No Refund

Within 48 Hours or After Start

No refund or transfer will be issued for cancellations received within 48 hours of the programme start or after the programme has commenced.

If the Company cancels or reschedules a session due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date — at their preference.

Online Recorded Courses

Pre-recorded digital courses are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, the following strict no-refund policy applies:

  • Once course access has been granted and any module or resource has been viewed or downloaded, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If you purchase a course but have not yet accessed any content, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us immediately with your Order ID.
  • Technical issues preventing access to course content will be resolved within 2 business days and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Please Note: We strongly encourage you to review the course description, curriculum, and sample content (where available) before purchasing. The 24-hour pre-access window is provided as a goodwill measure for genuine cases only.

Workshops & Webinars

Our in-person workshops and live online webinars are planned events with fixed capacities. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund or free transfer to the next available session of the same event — your choice.
  • Within 48 hours of the event: No refund is available. A one-time transfer to a future session may be offered at the Company's discretion.
  • No-shows: No refund or transfer will be provided if you fail to attend without prior notice.
  • Event cancellation by the Company: A full refund will be issued, or you may opt to transfer to a rescheduled date.

Session recordings (where applicable) are considered supplementary and do not constitute the core deliverable. Inability to attend does not entitle a registrant to a refund solely on the basis of recording availability.

Corporate Packages & Bulk Enrolments

Corporate training contracts, keynote speaking engagements, and bulk organisational enrolments are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed service agreement between Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and the client organisation.

  • In the absence of a specific service agreement, the standard refund terms applicable to the programme type (live coaching, workshops, etc.) will apply.
  • Partial cancellations on bulk enrolments (e.g., reducing participant count) may be subject to a fee equivalent to the administrative and logistics costs already incurred.
  • Advance deposits paid for keynote engagements are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and logistics have been initiated.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow the steps below. Requests that do not follow this process may experience delays.

Email contact@vineetsharma.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Order ID]".

Provide your full name, registered email address, Instamojo Order ID, programme name, date of purchase, and the reason for your cancellation request.

Await Acknowledgement

You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days confirming receipt of your request and informing you of your eligibility based on this Policy.

Refund Approval & Processing

If approved, the refund will be initiated via Instamojo within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and credited to your original payment source.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds Processed via Instamojo – RBI Registered Payment Aggregator

Once a refund is approved and initiated by our team via Instamojo, the expected credit timelines are as follows:

  • UPI & Net Banking: 3–5 business days after initiation.
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay): 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing cycle.
  • Instamojo Wallet: Typically credited within 1–2 business days.
  • EMI Transactions: Refund timelines may vary; please check with your issuing bank directly.

Important: Instamojo's transaction processing fee (if any applied at the time of purchase) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you do not receive your refund within the stated period, please contact us and we will coordinate with Instamojo on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility under this Policy:

  • Online recorded course content that has been accessed, downloaded, or partially viewed.
  • Instamojo payment gateway transaction fees.
  • Enrolments where the participant has violated the User Conduct policy (sharing credentials, distributing materials, etc.).
  • Requests submitted after the eligible cancellation window has passed.
  • Complementary or discounted enrolments provided as part of a promotional offer or scholarship.
  • Advance deposits on keynote speaking or corporate engagements where logistics have been initiated.
  • Requests made on the basis of a change in personal circumstances after the cancellation window has closed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly request that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to all purchased programmes and materials.
  • Permanent ban from enrolling in any future programmes offered by Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
  • Reporting of the incident to Instamojo and relevant financial authorities.
  • Legal action for recovery of disputed amounts plus associated costs, under applicable Indian law.

Our Commitment: If you have a genuine grievance, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it within 14 business days of your written complaint. We value your trust and prefer amicable resolution over disputes.
