Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. sets and publishes prices for its services at its sole discretion. Prices displayed on coachvs.com represent the current fees applicable to each programme, course, workshop, or engagement at the time of viewing.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Company does not guarantee that any price displayed on the website at one point in time will remain the same at a future date. Customers are encouraged to verify the current price before completing a purchase.

• Prices are set based on the value, duration, and depth of each programme or service.
• The Company may offer different prices for the same service across different sales channels, promotional periods, or customer segments at its discretion.

• Inflationary adjustments or changes in operating costs.
• Introduction of new features, materials, or deliverables to an existing programme.
• Market-driven repricing or competitive positioning.
• Changes in applicable tax rates, GST slabs, or regulatory requirements under Indian law.
• Corrections to previously published incorrect or erroneous pricing.
• Expiry of a promotional or limited-time offer period.

The Company's right to change prices is absolute and unrestricted. No prior notice is required before a price change is implemented, except where a specific programme's terms explicitly provide for advance notification. By continuing to use our website and services, you acknowledge and accept this right unconditionally.

All prices published on coachvs.com are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Company does not currently publish prices in foreign currencies.

• Prices are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless a price is explicitly marked as "exclusive of GST" or "+GST".
• The applicable GST rate is determined by the classification of the service under the GST Act and may vary across programme types. The Company complies with all applicable GST regulations under Indian law.
• A valid GST invoice will be issued for every purchase. If you wish your GST registration number (GSTIN) to appear on the invoice, please provide it at the time of checkout or within 48 hours of purchase.
• If the Government of India revises applicable GST rates, the Company reserves the right to pass on any resulting increase in tax liability to the customer through a corresponding price adjustment, effective from the date the revised rate comes into force.

The price displayed on the Instamojo payment page at the moment you complete your transaction is the binding, legally applicable price for that purchase. Once payment is confirmed:

• You will not be charged more than the amount shown at the time of checkout, regardless of any subsequent price increases.
• You are not entitled to a refund of the difference if the price of the same programme is subsequently reduced, unless the Company has explicitly offered such a price-match guarantee in writing.
• A payment confirmation from Instamojo constitutes the final record of the agreed transaction price. Please retain this for your records.
• If a transaction fails after your bank debits the amount, Instamojo's reversal mechanism will return the funds to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. The price for that transaction is null and void until a successful payment is completed.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer discounts, promotional prices, early-bird rates, coupon codes, referral benefits, or limited-time offers on any service. The following terms apply to all such offers:

• All discounts and promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Once the offer period expires, the standard price applies.
• Offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any offer at any time without prior notice.
• A promotional price does not create a permanent entitlement. A customer who purchased at a discounted rate in the past has no right to demand the same rate for future programmes.
• Coupon codes, if provided, are valid only for the specific programme and timeframe stated and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
• Group discounts are subject to verification of group eligibility and must be arranged in advance via written communication with the Company.

Despite our best efforts to maintain accurate pricing on our website, inadvertent errors may occasionally occur. The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing error, including errors that have already resulted in a completed transaction.

• If a service is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, the Company is not obligated to honour that price and may cancel the transaction, issuing a full refund to the customer.
• In the event of a pricing error being identified after a payment is processed, the Company will notify the customer within a reasonable time and offer one of the following: (a) complete the purchase at the correct price, or (b) receive a full refund.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or cost incurred by a customer as a result of a pricing error on the website.

Pricing for corporate training, keynote speaking engagements, bulk enrolments, and custom programme designs is determined on a case-by-case basis through direct negotiation between the Company and the client organisation.

• Prices quoted during a verbal or informal discussion are indicative only and are not binding until confirmed in a written service agreement signed by both parties.
• A written quotation or proposal issued by the Company is valid for the period stated in that document. Once the validity period expires, the Company may revise the quoted price.
• Any price agreed in a signed service agreement supersedes the publicly listed prices on the website for the duration of that agreement.
• The Company reserves the right to decline to provide services to any organisation or individual at any time, including after a price has been communicated, if a formal agreement has not been executed.

While the Company is not legally obligated to provide advance notice of price changes, we are committed to transparency with our community. Our standard practice is as follows:
