By visiting or using coachvs.com, purchasing a coaching program, registering for a webinar or workshop, or making any payment through our portal, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
• The information you provide during registration and payment is accurate, current, and complete.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website and our services.

Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. / Coach Vineet Sharma offers the following services (collectively, "Services"):

• One-on-one and group business coaching programs for entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Corporate training sessions and workshops for organisations and leadership teams.
• Keynote speaking engagements and motivational sessions.
• Pre-recorded and live online courses covering business growth, leadership, and productivity.
• Community memberships and mastermind group programmes.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable advance notice where possible. Access to specific programme materials, session schedules, and deliverables will be as described on the respective programme page at the time of purchase.

All monetary transactions on this platform are facilitated through Instamojo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Instamojo"), a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorised payment aggregator. By proceeding with a payment, you also agree to Instamojo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on their platform.

The following payment terms apply:

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Instamojo wallets.
• EMI options may be available subject to the policies of the issuing bank and Instamojo's eligibility criteria.
• A payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of a successful transaction.
• In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your account, please allow 5–7 business days for automatic reversal by your bank. Contact us if the issue persists beyond that period.
• GST invoices will be issued for all programme purchases. Ensure your GST number (if applicable) is provided during checkout.
• Instamojo charges a nominal transaction fee on each payment. This fee is absorbed by the Company and is not charged to the customer unless explicitly stated.

We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching experiences. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Live Coaching Programs: A full refund is available if a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days before the programme's commencement date. No refund will be issued after this window.
• Online Recorded Courses: Due to the digital nature of the content, no refund is applicable once access has been granted and course material has been downloaded or viewed.
• Workshops & Webinars: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future session. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Corporate Packages: Refund terms for corporate engagements are governed by the individual service agreement signed between the Company and the client organisation.

To raise a refund request, email us at contact@vineetsharma.com with your order ID (received from Instamojo), reason for cancellation, and supporting details.

Upon successful payment confirmation from Instamojo:

• You will receive an enrolment confirmation email within 24 hours with access credentials or joining instructions.
• Access to online course content is typically activated within 2 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Programme seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; payment does not guarantee enrolment if a batch is full — in such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
• Programme schedules, timings, and formats are subject to change. Participants will be notified in advance with reasonable notice.
• Sharing of login credentials, course materials, or session recordings is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access revocation without refund.

All content on this website and within our programmes — including but not limited to course videos, audio recordings, workbooks, presentations, frameworks, methodologies, logos, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and Coach Vineet Sharma.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
• Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public performance, or creation of derivative works from any programme content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Recording live sessions (audio or video) without explicit written permission from the Company is not permitted.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

As a member of our community, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling any paid programme materials.
• Using the platform for unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any proprietary content or system.
• Impersonating Coach Vineet Sharma, the Company, or any other participant.
• Charging backs or fraudulent payment disputes without first attempting resolution through our support channel.

Violation of this code may result in immediate suspension of access, forfeiture of any refund, and/or legal action.

Your privacy matters to us. When you transact through Instamojo or register on our platform:

• We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing details solely for the purpose of service delivery and communication.
• Payment data is never stored on our servers; it is processed and secured by Instamojo under their PCI-DSS compliance framework.
• We may send you transactional emails, session reminders, and programme updates. Marketing communications will include an unsubscribe option.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• We comply with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Our coaching programmes are educational in nature and are designed to support your personal and professional growth. The following disclaimers apply:

• Results from coaching are dependent on individual effort, commitment, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or career results.
• Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including technical disruptions to the Instamojo payment gateway.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. If you have a concern, please contact us at contact@vineetsharma.com and we will endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

Training Wizards Consulting Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify enrolled users via email.
